Registration Form for Class XI Commerce (2006-07)
 

Admission to Class XI, for the year 2006-2007 will take place only after the declaration of the Class X Board Results.

Eligibility Criteria for Registration

The applicants must have secured a minimum of 85% marks in the aggregate of 5 compulsory subjects for both Science and Commerce streams. There will be no entrance test and admission will be granted on the basis of Merit only.

 

Admission Procedure

  1. Registration will be open from 1st June on the school website http://www.udgamschool.com/
  2. The School Administration reserves the right to offer admission to the suitable candidates only since there are limited seats in all streams.
  3. Applicants scoring an aggregate of 90% and above should contact the school admission office directly for necessary consideration for immediate admission.
  4. The first list of selected candidates will be available online at the school website after 6th June 2006.
  5. The admission will be confirmed only after the verification of all the documents.
  6. The verification of documents will be conducted at the time of admission.
  7. Depending upon the availability of seats, the second list will be announced later.
  8. No separate intimation will be sent to the selected candidates.

 
 
 Documents and other items required :
    1. School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (in original). For students coming from outside the state, it should duly countersigned by the Inspector of Schools of the respective area.
    2. A copy of the Board mark-sheet, duly attested. Kindly bring the original for verification.
    3. Attested copy of First Attempt Certificate
    4. Conduct and Character Certificate from Head of the Institution last attended.
  1. The above-mentioned schedule is subject to change if the Board Results are delayed by the concerned boards for any reason.
  2. In case any candidate fails to turn up on the above-mentioned dates/timings specified, any claim from the candidates for admission will stand cancelled automatically. Kindly follow the timings and dates given above.
  3. All decisions of the Admissions Committee regarding admission will be final and binding.

*** Regular classes will begin for both the streams (Science & Commerce) from Thursday 8 th June 2006.
*** School timings for Std XI and XII is 7.30 AM - 1.30 PM.
