Darshnil Jatin Jalindhwala studying in XI Commerce has been given a special award of Rs. 50,000/- by the Gujarat Government on 31st October 2006, on the day of Sardar Patel Jayanti at Karamsad for his outstanding performance in Roller Skating.
Darshnil started coaching for Skating performance in Roller Skating in 2001and during a short span of 5 years has won various Gold Medals at State and National levels.
In 2003 he was selected as a Member of the Indian Team for participating at World Artistic Roller Skating Championship Held in Argentina.
In 2004, he won a Gold Medal at national school games.
In 2005 he was selected as a Member of the Indian Team for Asian Roller Skating Championship held at South korea. He got 4th rank in this Championship.
