Admission Fees
 

Udgam School charges a single comprehensive fee so that the parents can budget for the child's education. The school doesn't charge extra fees for any of the compulsory activities. The school provides optional canteen facility.

The below mentioned fee does not include cost of uniform, books and transportation. The School does not provide these products/ services and parents are free to procure them from open market.

1.
One time admission fee of Rs. 35,000 /- will be applicable for new admissions even to standards other than Nursery.
   
2.
All payments for new admissions as well as for existing students should be paid by Post Dated Cheques only. Please mention the name, Student ID, standard and division behind the cheque.
   
3.
All payments will be collected only by the accounts department. The PDC date will be 7th of every quarter beginning April, July, October and January. If parents fail to pay fees before the last date, a late fine of Rs.100/- each will be charged for every week thereafter.
   
4.
There is a drop box facility available at the school. The receipt will be given to the respective child.
   
5.
PDC for all 4 quarters to be deposited to the school at the beginning of the academic year.
   
6.
For admissions granted in the middle of the session parents are required to pay the tuition fees from the beginning of the session.
   
7.
Annual Charges will be collected at the beginning of the academic session and are non-refundable even if any mid-term withdrawal of student is done.
   
8. In case of a bounced cheque, a fine of Rs.200/- & late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.
   
9. Any fees paid for a student is not adjustable against other student.
