Anoushka’s Achievement

Anoushka Chatterjee of class VIII F has participated in CBSE Cluster’s Table Tennis Tournament- Under 14 organized by the ministry of Youth affairs & Sports, Govt. of India held from 26-10-2016 to 27-10-2016 in DPS East, Ahmedabad. She secured first position and was awarded with a medal and a certificate for her performance.

Achievement of Bhan Akanksha

Akanksha Bhan, student of class XI-E, recently participated in an International Level Grade-3 lawn tennis tournament in Zimbabwe, from August 8-20,2016. In partnership with a girl from Thailand, Akansha achieved the runner-up position in doubles in ITF South Africa 18 & under circuit 2016 tournament held in the Harare Sport Club, Zimbabwe. Akansha will now focus on her next high level tournament, that is, Grade 2, in Egypt from 29th August onwards. She is currently ranked in top 200 in the world Under 18 girls’ category.

Rhythm’s Music Achievement

Rhythm Patel of class 7 E participated in Tabla Competition organized by Bharatiya Sangeet Shodh Evam Sanrakshan Sansthan and secured second position in the Junior group.

He was conferred with a ‘Trophy’ and a certificate for the same.

Rishi’s Achievement

Rishi Patel of 7 D participated in Dance Competition held at Kelvani Mandal, Ahmedabad and stood first in Group A.

He was in the age category of 10 -15 years.

He was conferred with a trophy for the same.

Veli’s Achievement

Veli Shah of class 3 H bagged a certificate and a trophy for participating and excellent performance in a  Dance event organized by Gandhi Corporation during ‘Vacation 2015’.

She was in the group of 20, all in the age group of 6-12 years.

Young Achievers

A debate competition was conducted by the Board of Studies of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at the branch level for students of classes XI and XII.

Ishita Shah won the first prize and was awarded a trophy and Paras Shah won a certificate of participation.
The topic of debate was Reservation:Is it dividing or promoting the nation?
Udgam School was awarded a trophy too for the excellent participation.

Aryan’s Achievement

Aryan Jhaveri of class 7 D participated in 9th All Gujarat UCMAS Abacus & Mental Arithmetic Competition 2013, and became 7th Runner Up in Gujarat and was on top position in Ahmedabad. He was in 8th Final Grand Level K 2 category. With this success, he has qualified for International UCMAS Exam to be held in November,2013.

For his performance he was awarded a trophy.
