I am a technology leader, researcher, and inventor, with a career focused on applying data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to solve complex, real-world problems at scale. My journey began at Udgam, where my formative years helped shape my curiosity, discipline, and interest in building systems that combine analytical thinking with practical impact.
In my professional career, I have worked in senior leadership roles across enterprise software, applied artificial intelligence, and engineering transformation. I have partnered with large organizations across industries including retail, cybersecurity, financial services, healthcare, and cloud infrastructure. My work has centered on helping organizations objectively measure engineering performance, improve execution, and translate technical progress into measurable operational and business outcomes. These experiences have reinforced the importance of structured thinking, continuous learning, and accountability, values that were instilled early during my time at Udgam.
A central part of my professional record is original technical contribution demonstrated through patented innovation. I am a named inventor on a granted United States patent, US11055518B2, titled “Methods and systems for monitoring potential losses in a retail environment.” The patented invention describes an intelligent loss-prevention system that applies machine learning techniques to analyze in-store activity captured through video, enabling earlier identification of suspicious behavior and real-time notification to retail staff. This work reflects my approach to identifying non-obvious technical challenges and developing novel, implementable solutions with direct real-world applicability.
In addition to my inventive work, I have been invited to serve as a judge for enterprise innovation programs and hackathons. In these roles, I evaluated submissions based on innovation, technical execution, and business relevance. I also contributed to the creation of structured evaluation criteria that continue to be used beyond my direct involvement, reflecting peer-level trust in my technical judgment and professional experience.
I have also authored and publicly shared research and analytical papers on software engineering performance and engineering intelligence through open research platforms such as SSRN and ResearchGate. Through these publications, I aim to contribute to broader industry and academic discussions on modern engineering practices and the evolving role of data and AI in software development.
Beyond my professional responsibilities, I actively participate in leadership forums and professional communities that bring together senior engineering and technology leaders. These engagements allow for the exchange of ideas around engineering maturity, responsible AI adoption, and scalable system design.
My association with Udgam remains an important part of my personal and professional identity. I am grateful for the foundation the school provided and take pride in representing Udgam as an alumnus committed to sustained learning, original contribution, and meaningful impact within the global technology ecosystem.
