I am Harsh Varmora, and I had the privilege of studying at Udgam School for Children, where I completed my 11th and 12th grades in Commerce, graduating in 2022 with a commendable score of 91% in my 12th board exams. My time at Udgam was truly transformative—it shaped my academic foundation, ignited my interest in entrepreneurship, and inspired me to pursue a career in business management.
At Udgam, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the most dedicated and supportive teachers who made subjects like accountancy, economics, and business studies come alive. My teachers not only focused on helping us excel academically but also encouraged us to think practically and creatively. Their passion for teaching and their belief in me gave me the confidence to dream big. Udgam is where I forged lifelong friendships and connections. The bonds I created with my classmates continue to be a source of motivation and support in my personal and professional life. The school fostered a collaborative environment where students supported one another and grew together. Even today, my network of Udgam friends remains invaluable, and I treasure the memories we built during those years.
The exposure and confidence I gained at Udgam motivated me to pursue my higher education abroad. I enrolled in Brunel University London, one of the top-ranked universities for business management courses, to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management. Udgam’s focus on critical thinking, practical learning, and a strong academic base made my transition to international education smooth and rewarding.
Currently, I am proud to serve as the Global Business Head at Varmora Forge Pvt. Ltd., a family-owned business specializing in manufacturing fasteners. I also work as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Canspin Industries Pvt. Ltd. These roles allow me to apply the skills and knowledge I gained both at Udgam and Brunel, from managing day-to-day operations to building global networks and identifying new business opportunities.
Udgam School played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today. It not only gave me an excellent education but also instilled in me the values of hard work, leadership, and lifelong learning. I am grateful for the support of my teachers, friends, and the school community, which continues to inspire me in my professional journey.
