Akanksha Bhan of class VI – D has been doing the school proud in the game of tennis for quite sometime now.

Recently she was Runner – up in All India tennis tournament talent series held at Indore between 11-09-2011 to 16-09-2011 in the U-12 category.

Also in the same tournament she was quarterfinalist in the U-14 category and semifinalist in the U-14 doubles category where they had to concede match after being just 2 points away from victory due to her partners medical condition.

“ Maana Rajiv Patel of VI-D  won silver medals Under 14 years in the event  ‘50 mtrs Free style’ and ‘50 Mtrs Back stroke’ at School Games State Level Swimming Championship 2010 Rajkot, held on 25th to 27th September,2010.”  

Maana Patel Class 7th D participated in the State Level Swimming Competition in the School Games held at Surat and won 4 Gold medals in 50, 100, 200 meters back stroke and 4X 100 Meters Medley relay race and 2 Silver medals in Women’s Open.

Akanksha Bhan – 5th “C” won the State Ranking Tennis Tournament held at SRAG Tennis Academy, Ahmedabad from 28th October to 5th November, 2010 in the U-10 & U–12 Girls’ Singles.
She has also participated in AITA Championship Series, National Ranking Tennis tournament 2010 held at Nashik from 22nd November to 26th November, 2010, and All India Ranking Talent Series Tennis Tournament held at Ahmedabad City Tennis Foundation from 15th November to 19th November,2010. Her Achievements are:-
1. Winner in U-10 Girls’ singles
2. Winner in U-12 Girls’ singles
3. Pre Quarter Finalist in U-12
4. Main Draw ( 1st Round) in U – 14
5. Semi Finalist in U – 12 Girls Singles
