Young Radio Jockeys
As part of oral expression activity, a Radio Talk Show was organized for class 7. Students were divided in groups which were innovatively named as different radio stations like Cool crisis, Red Fm and so on. Students presented their views on various topics like Bus Rapid Transit System, Terrorism and Insurgency, Udgam Rocks!, Taj Mahal , Social Networking Sites, Indian Youth , Overspending of money amongst the Youth, Tele Shopping and many more. The entire class was involved in the activity. A group of students sang humorous jingles during the programme. Another group was assigned the task of preparing posters highlighting the names of radio stations. The programme reflected the sincere efforts put in by the students and the teachers. After the initial screening, thirteen groups were finally selected for the competition. Below are the names of the team members who managed to reach the 1st and 2nd position. There was a tie at the second position
